Honda (UK) is very proud of their reputation for excellent customer service, which they have built up over many years. Honda’s dedication to customer service has seen them achieve 2nd position in the 2009 JD Power Vehicle Ownership Satisfaction Survey, and they continue to strive to improve. Honda and their dealers listen to individual customer comments and then act on them to ensure that Honda delivers a really great experience.
Ewens Of Cornhill have had the Honda Franchise for over 5 years, and during that time they have twice been named Dealer of the Year. Most recently, they finished 2010 with the highest Customer Satisfaction Score for Sales of any Honda dealer in the UK, having been in this position for most of the year they have shown consistently that customer satisfaction rates very highly in the way they conduct business. Ewens after service department has also been in the Top 10 for Customer Satisfaction in after sales.
